Floorplan of exhibition areasThere are two exhibition areas at OEC-07. Both exhibition areas are immediately adjacent to the main conference room which will host the plenary sessions and Tracks 1 and 2 of the industry breakout sessions. Exhibition Area 1 is ideally situated between the conference reception desk and the main conference room. Exhibition Area 2 is a very light and airy space located just beyond the main conference room.All refreshments will be served in the exhibition areas, which will encourage delegates to circulate and will allow them plenty of opportunities to visit the displays. The main exhibition space is now fully booked, however we are negotiating with the venue to see if further space
can be made available. If you are interested in exhibiting, but have not yet booked a space, please contact us as soon as possible.
Note: The layout of exhibition spaces in the above diagram is indicative only and subject to change. Additional
space will be made available, to accommodate up to 40 exhibition stands in total, if there is sufficient demand.
