Preparing and submitting peer-reviewed papers

You should plan for the presentation of your paper to take 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.

Formatting your paper
You must submit your paper in Word using our standard format so that we can print it in the Conference Proceedings immediately. Your paper must be no more than 4 pages in length when laid out in our standard format.

Instructions about how to format your presentation are provided below:

Download Word template and instructions > (55K .dot file)
Download template instructions > (20K .pdf file)

The best approach is to download the Word template document and substitute the text of your paper for the text in the template without changing the layout. Alternatively, you can download the PDF version of the template document and use the instructions to recreate the layout in Word.

Copyright transfer agreement
In order for us to accept your paper you must sign and return the copyright transfer agreement. We need to receive the agreement by 3 August 2007.

Download copyright transfer agreement > (33K .pdf file)
