Terms and conditions
 Conference fees include entrance to the two-day conference; full conference proceedings on arrival (on paper and CD); refreshments and lunch on both days; but are exclusive of delegate travel and accommodation.

Workshop fees include full workshop documentation, lunch and refreshments, but are exclusive of delegate travel and accommodation.

Gala Dinner includes three course dinner with wine, and presentation of the Organic Semiconductor Industry Awards 2007. Dinner tickets will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Company tour includes transport to host company, guide, and tour of company as described on Company Tours page. Company tours are only availalbe to workshop participants and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellations will be accepted and fees refunded (less 30% handling charge) if made in writing and received 20 working days before the event. Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded thereafter. Substitutions may be made at any time, subject to confirmation with us.
